Bacon Jerky Ballpark Frank | Take Me Out To The Ballgame Mantry
Ingredients
4 good quality beef hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
cheddar cheese, shredded
Preservation & Co. “Big John’s Habanero” Chips
Chef’s Cut Applewood Bacon Jerky
Directions
- Add hot dogs to cold salted water and bring them up to a boil. Turn them off and keep them warm in the hot water.
- Place hot dogs in their buns, top with cheese and place under broiler to melt. Add bacon jerky, put under broiler for 1 minute until glistening, don’t burn!
- Top with habanero chips, serve.
