Coconut Mango Parfait
A tropical vacation in a glass using one of our favorite small-batch granola makers in America.

Ingredients
- Hudson Henry Maple, Pecans and Coconut Granola
- Fix Tiki Pineapple Syrup
- mango, diced
- coconut yogurt
Directions
- Layer yogurt into the bottom of a glass. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Drizzle over some pineapple syrup.
Pro Tip: Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
