Date Shake| Health Nut Mantry

2–3 soft Medjool dates, pits removed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more to blend if necessary
1 large frozen banana, chopped
1 Tbs. Peguero Farm Pistachio Butter

Toss the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve straight away in tall glasses.
