I was able to impress my family by making this relatively easy dish of Croquettes. The word croquette derived from a French word meaning “to crunch” and these definitely crunched.

The insides are mainly mashed potatoes, but I made two different flavors. One is ham and cheddar and the second is ham and Wisconsin’s own Black River Blue Cheese. The blue cheese was so savory and delicious.

Once out together I rolled them in flour, egg wash, and Pork Panko. Then air fried at 400 for 15–20 mins.
