Smoked Salmon & Mustard Sauce | Craft Beer Belly Mantry
Ingredients
Gravlax or Smoked Salmon
Beer Flats Crackers
Dressing
1/4 cup Grainy Mustard
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Chopped Dill
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Whisk together mustard, honey, olive oil, dill, lemon juice and salt
- Lay out gravlax on Beer Flats
- Top with dressing and a sprig of dill
